"I'd like to express my sincere appreciation for the level of quality customer service that I have received over the years at South Sea's. I have patronized the shop since the late 80's with various request for parts, accessories, motorcycles and maintenance work performed by your talented mechanics. More than once I have asked the parts guys to do some "archeological motorcycle research" for parts for my aging BMW air-cooled boxers. Being a long time admirer and enthusiast of BMW motorcycles, this meant a great deal to me, they have always come through; this also goes to the mechanics, past and present, which have turned a wrench on my beloved bikes. "Superior service compared to other motocycle service shops on Oahu. My Suzuki motorcycle had been sitting for months due to unsatisfactory carb overhaul at a local Suzuki service shop. On advice of a friend, I brought it to South Seas, even though Suzuki is not one of their brands. In less than one week, carbs were properly overhauled and bike has run fine since. Thanks for getting me riding again."

"The customer service was excellent. Briceson Chong answered any questions I had and gave me some good advice about the different bikes. I was back the next purchasing the bike I fell in love with after receiving approval from the wife. They made things easy and quick. "Please let the General Manager and Owner of your store know that I am extremely pleased with the service I received today from your shop, and a big mahalo to your shop manager, Toy. She and her mechanic did an outstanding job: got my bike in on schedule, addressed all of my concerns (and brought up a couple more issues I didn't know about), followed up with a phone call when the work was done (and asked if I wanted to schedule future work), and had my bike ready when I showed up a few hours later. Also gave me excellent recommendations for the work that needs to be done next month when I get back from the mainland. A complete class act & top notch customer service. This was the first time I've used your shop; I've been to four of your competitors over the the last 15 years of riding on Oahu, and never received as good of service as I received today. You've earned my repeat business, man!"

"My motorcycle was stuck and had to be towed to the dealership. Before this happened, I made an appointment for servicing. I called on Wednesday, they said to drop it off on Friday. I asked if they could hold it Thursday, and said ok. The service department did an excellent job from beginning to end. I had to tow my motorcycle on Wednesday, so I asked if I could have it there on Wednesday, and at 6pm. I got there at 6:15, and they were waiting for me. It could have been where they said we're closed and thats that, but I appreciate the extra time they waited. Another great thing is I thought I'd get my bike on Friday at the earliest, seeing as how most servicing is longer then expected. I was surprised to hear they had it ready the next day, and called me during the process to keep me in the loop as to what they were doing. Overall I must say it was an excellent experience. The cost of the service was agreeable, and I would definitely utilize their services FIRST before anywhere else. Thank you for getting me back on the road in a minute. I wish Fedex delivered packages as fast as you fix bikes."

"South Seas Nimitz service department is outstanding! Amazing quality and very friendly, knowledgeable staff. Thank you Juan and Ivan, who completed the recommended service for my '05 Rebel. Thank you for watching out for my safety and other motorcyclists. They changed my brake pads and fixed my shifter! I got the motorcycle third or fourth hand, and don't know if the preivous owners got it maintained. It had low mileage and appearance was good. I called South Seas for servicing because I wanted to make sure the bike was in well working order. They found that it might have been in an accident since the shifter was bent. I did have an issue finding neutral before getting it to the shop. Everything is all well thanks to the highly trained professionals at South Seas!"

"To whom this concerns, This weekend (MAR 23, 2008) I was at the Nimitz HWY location and in desperate need of some verbal technical support for my Honda fuel tank, possible be repaired. I approached one of your employees Ivan, and asked a question about repairing my Honda fuel tank. At first he stated that it could be done but your store does not repair fuel tanks. So then I asked him to educate me on why it could not be done. Ivan was able to give me a good answer on the dangers of this and educate me on why it would be better to find another fuel tank. "I purchased a Yamaha PWC (FX1100HO) and It is the best watercraft Ive ever owned. The service dept. was a positive expereance. The tech came and explained what was going to be done during the PWC's service and also gave me helpfull hints to taking care after use. "It was November 1997, I was wanting a Harley and stopped by South Seas Harley Davidson to see what they had. I walked in and was immediately met by a sales rep named Norm. He and the staff showed me several bikes and suggested a 1200 Sporty. I ended up buying it a few days later, once my bank finally cut them a check, and the rest is history.
